METABOLIC STRENGTH WORKOUTS
'Metabolic Strength Workouts' are specifically designed to progressively make you stronger and drive continuous improvements in your body shape. These improvements - as you can expect - will have an adverse effect on many other areas of your life.
With a structured and progressive strength training program, you can expect new found confidence, all day energy and focus, with increased physical and mental strength to handle the stress of every day life.
Using my proven Nutrition Protocol, we will to put your body in an optimal state for fat loss, which still allows you to enjoy yourself at the weekends, whilst eating the foods you love.
To effectively burn fat, you must put yourself in a calorie deficit, which is why I am a strong believer in giving my clients the knowledge and skills to effectively manage their nutrition, I have found that this is much more sustainable than just ramping up exercise to unsustainable levels.
Fat loss can be confusing and overwhelming, however my aim is to empower you with everything that you need to succeed in your journey.

Hi I'm Michael,
I'm 30 years old (still can't get over this!) and have a HUGE passion for health and fitness. I've been training myself for 15 years and would consider myself warm, friendly and kind hearted.
I genuinely love helping people and over the past 10 years in the fitness industry, I have helped transform the lives of hundreds of men and women, by using my passion, knowledge and skills that I've developed through continuous learning and practice in the gym.
I must admit I'm a bit obsessed with growth and self development, but I also know and understand how hard it is to stay in shape when you live a busy lifestyle.
My mission is to create a growth and results driven environment for people to overcome their struggles and succeed with positive lifestyle changes, just like I have with myself and my own personal journey.
